Bluecore Touts New App on Oracle Marketing AppCloud

bluecore-shareBluecore, a customer experience platform, shared with MMW ahead of the weekend that it has launched an email application now available on the Oracle Marketing AppCloud.

This new application, we’re told, helps marketers quickly leverage customer behavior and product catalog data to deliver data-driven triggered and hyper-personalized broadcast email with Oracle Marketing Cloud.

The Oracle Marketing AppCloud is one of the industry’s most comprehensive marketing technology ecosystems, offering Oracle customers a broad set of marketing apps and data services to extend and optimize their technology investments.

“Oracle Marketing Cloud provides chief marketing officers (CMOs) and their teams with data-driven solutions to simplify marketing resources and deliver more personalized, customer-centric experiences across every channel to attract and retain ideal customers,” a provided statement reads. “These modern marketing solutions connect cross-channel, content, and social marketing with data management and activation, for enterprise B2B and B2C marketers on a single system of record.”

Bluecore’s triggered and personalized broadcast email enables Oracle Marketing Cloud customers to easily generate unique audiences based on behavioral data and predictive algorithms to deliver precise email messages that convert. The application’s campaign management feature connects audience creation and experience management in a single workflow, allowing marketers to create and deliver timely, personalized messages without involving IT departments for constant maintenance or fixes. The simple and fast data ingestion process allows marketers to launch multiple email triggers or broadcast sends in a matter of weeks.

“Our products are focused on making marketing easier and enabling brand owners to act quickly on their customer data,” says Fayez Mohamood, co-founder and CEO of Bluecore. “All of our applications are layered on top of a marketer’s existing workflow or technology, so there’s no lengthy integration period or need to learn a new tool.”
