The National Restaurant Association is expanding its partnership with Fishbowl to bring a “broader array of revenue-generating services” to restaurant members of the Association and its state restaurant association partners.
As you might expect, Association members will now receive exclusive rates on mobile marketing via text message, online ordering, online reservations, and web site services.
Fishbowl is the leader in permission-based e-mail marketing solutions for the restaurant industry, and currently serves more than 30,000 restaurant locations.
“E-mail and the Internet have become an integral part of most Americans’ daily activities, and as restaurants play an essential role in our lives, consumers are looking for this convenience in restaurant services as well,” said Association President and CEO Dawn Sweeney. “We are pleased to expand our partnership with Fishbowl to provide our members exclusive offers to reach their patrons electronically and increase customer loyalty to support their bottom lines.”
What others in the restaurant industry can learn from the expansion of mobile technology into their industry is that Fishbowl’s on-demand solutions address the unique challenges of identifying restaurant guests, communicating with them to drive loyalty and increased revenue for restaurant operators.
