For the second time in so many weeks, AT&T has enabled its ultra-fast 4G LTE network in several more U.S. cities.
The latest activations were confirmed Wednesday by the nation’s second largest mobile carrier.
As a part of the carrier’s move to cover as many markets as possible by the end of 2013, AT&T is proceeding quickly to bring its “ultra-fast 4G LTE network coverage” to the nation.
The latest cities to gain coverage include:
- Charlottesville, Virginia
- Coeur DElene, Idaho
- Fort Collins, Colorado
- Greenville , Mississippi
- Kirksville, Missouri
- Laredo, Texas
- Medford, Oregon
- Mt. Sterling, Kentucky
- Phoenix, Arizona
- Portsmouth, New Hampshire
- Stockton, California
- Topeka, Kansas
- Vicksburg, Mississippi
- Zanesville, Ohio
AT&T says that over the past five years, the company has invested nearly $98 billion into its wireless and wireline networks across the U.S.
