millardVMob, an intelligent cloud-based personalization platform, announced this week the addition of Jen Millard as chief revenue officer.

A recognized expert on retail concept innovation and consumer and channel segmentation, Millard is “instrumental in guiding VMob’s future success, developing the strategies to reach more retailers looking to leverage mobile technology to increase in-person sales and customer engagement,” a provided statement reads.

Millard joins VMob as CRO following her appointment as an advisor to the company’s board in 2015.
“Jen is a luminary in the retail industry; her extensive, hands-on experience with many of the world’s best-known brands and firm understanding of the evolution of the retail space are simply unparalleled,” said Scott Bradley, CEO and founder of VMob. “Her keen business sense and depth and breadth of expertise in retail technology and innovation are a huge asset to VMob as we continue to transform how retailers grow their businesses in the digital age.”

Millard most recently served as vice president of Global Business Development – Loyalty for MasterCard, where she was responsible for connecting retailers with global consumers to drive sales to store locations.

VMob Touts Big News for its Personalized Mobile Marketing AnalyticsVMob, a cloud-based personalization platform built for retailers and QSRs, shared some big news with MMW in recent days.

The company has just announced that its comprehensive data and business intelligence is now available through Microsoft Power BI (a cloud-based business analytics service that provides a single view of the most critical business data).

“The vast amount of meaningful data that spans the customer lifecycle is essential to the success of retailers and QSRs,” said Scott Bradley, CEO of VMob. “Yet, understanding precisely how to use that data to increase sales requires advanced technical capability that previously took significant time and resources. The VMob content pack on Power BI fills this requirement via an easy to use solution. Marketers can create customized dashboards to understand what’s working, when and why, and advance the in-store customer experience to grow their business.”
