Ahead of the weekend, the nation’s 5th largest carrier – U.S. Cellular – confirmed that it will begin carrying Apple’s new iPad Air next week.
Additionally, on Friday, November 8th, U.S. Cellular will simultaneously launch Apple’s iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c.
As with other small regional carriers entering the picture ahead of the new iPad launch, few plan specifics are presently known. However, U.S. Cellular says that more than a few plan options will be on the table for current or prospective subscribers looking to check out the new iPad Air and enjoy the carrier’s 4G LTE network.
Other carriers entering the iPad Air space in the coming days include C Spire Wireless and Bluegrass Cellular. No formal dates for coverage or pricing information have been announced as of this writing.
