This week, the GSMA outlined the first details of the 2016 GSMA Mobile World Congress Shanghai.
The details shared include confirmed exhibitors and sponsors, as well as a range of programs and activities taking place at the annual mobile industry event.
Under the theme ‘Mobile Is Me’, Mobile World Congress Shanghai will be held 29 June – 1 July 2016 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The GSMA expects that more than 50,000 attendees, including professionals from across the mobile industry and adjacent sectors as well as consumers, will gather for the 2016 event.
“We’re excited to be back here for our fifth year in Shanghai, particularly building on the success of our 2015 event,” said Michael O’Hara, Chief Marketing Officer at GSMA. “The 2016 edition of Mobile World Congress Shanghai is shaping up to be our most ambitious yet, with an expanded exhibition and programs, events and activities showcasing the full breadth of the mobile lifestyle.”
